fit for life :))

1.EAT LESS  :fat,oil,sugar,-need only a small amount   -too much fat  -heart disease,overweight ...2EAT IN MODERATE AMOUNTS :two sevings body fish,meat,chicken,eggs,nuts and beands  -source of protein -for growthn -build muscles ,tissue,, 3.EAT MORE : five servings a day vegetablesand fruts -rich vitamin -minerals and antioxdants -prevents hearts disease cancer oooo :(( -other health problems sssooooooo!!! korang diet agak2x sikit key :)) LOVE KORANG
